one large leek

t spoon tumeric

t spoon curry powder

t spoon chilli

one stock cube 2 litres water


gravy granuels

t spoon paprika

t spoon corriander

t spoon cumin







cook 45 minutes in rice cooker

add rice and extras
cook another 45 minutes, 
making sure carrots are cooked

onion bhajis & vegetable samosa

garlic herb naan bread
