The Rainy Window That Made Me Pause

Yesterday, I watched raindrops slide down a window, each one tracing its own path. At first, I thought nothing of it — just another rainy day. But then I noticed the patterns, the way some droplets merged, some raced, and some lingered.

For a moment, I stopped everything else I was doing. I didn’t check my phone, plan my tasks, or rush forward. I just watched.

It reminded me that life moves in patterns, some fast, some slow, some unpredictable. And sometimes, the most important thing we can do is pause and notice — to observe, appreciate, and simply be present.

Today, find your “rainy window.” Take a small pause to notice life’s little patterns, its fleeting beauty, and the moments you usually miss.
