Day 6 — The Gift of Reflection

As the year begins to wind down, I find myself pausing more often — not to look forward, but to look back. Reflection is a quiet kind of gift; it asks nothing of us but honesty and a little time.

This morning, I thought about the things that went right this year — the challenges I grew through, the people who made a difference, the moments that reminded me of what really matters. Not everything was easy, but even the hard parts held lessons.

Reflection doesn’t mean dwelling. It means noticing — where we’ve been, what we’ve learned, and how far we’ve come. It’s a way of saying thank you to the year that shaped us.

Today, take a few minutes to reflect. Write down one thing you learned this year — and one thing you’re grateful for. Let that awareness be your quiet celebration.
