Yesterday, I stood outside for a few minutes, looking up at the winter sky. The clouds drifted slowly, changing shape and direction without hurry. It reminded me that perspective — like the sky — is vast, and sometimes, all we need to do is step back to see things differently.
When we’re too close to a problem or a feeling, it can seem overwhelming. But a small shift — a walk, a pause, a breath — can open space for understanding. Perspective doesn’t erase difficulty; it softens it, helps us see patterns, and reminds us that moments, like clouds, always pass.
Today, if something feels heavy, try viewing it from a little distance. Step outside, take a breath, and imagine yourself seeing the bigger picture. Often, what feels fixed begins to loosen in the light of perspective.
Sometimes peace arrives not by changing the world, but by changing how we see it.
