This morning, I woke before the alarm. The house was still, the world outside dim with the first light of dawn. I made a cup of tea and sat by the window, just watching the day begin.
There was nothing extraordinary about it — no grand thoughts, no deep insights. Just the sound of the kettle cooling, the warmth of the cup in my hands, and the slow, steady rhythm of breathing.
It reminded me that peace isn’t something we chase. It’s something we allow. When we stop rushing, when we give ourselves permission to simply be, peace finds its way in quietly.
Today, try to meet the morning — or any moment — without expectation. Sit with it, breathe with it, and notice how even stillness can feel full.
